Car Fire Damages Home

Firefighters from the Marion Fire Department in Franklin County battled this car fire this morning in near zero temperatures at 6283 Molly Pitcher Highway. Station 8’s engine arrived to an auto off next to the house with very light damage to the garage due to fast work by firefighters. The clump in front of  the wagon is the cars airbag that blew out of the vehicle after  the fire departments arrival. Photos by Curtis Bryan

Building Fire In Marion PA.

Franklin County firefighters from several departments responded for the skid loader on fire. Prior to arrival, communications advised additional calls indicated the shed was now on fire. E-45 arrived to fully involved large out building. Crews worked for about three hours with overhaul before going in service.

Tour Bus Fire On I-81

Early Thanksgiving morning, Franklin County firefighters had to battle a tour bus fire along Interstate 81 in Franklin County Pa. that was en-route to a casino for the day. Photographers Brian Denham and Curtis Bryan captured this GALLERY of photos.

Marion House Explodes

MarionExplosionFranklin County 911 receiving many calls for a house that exploded dispatched the Marion Fire Dept as well as other Franklin County Pa mutual aid companies. Companies arrived to a working single family home with heavy fire showing and two burn patients. Two helicopters arrived to transport the injured to burn centers.
