Early Morning House Fire in Gettysburg

A early morning Box Alarm was put out in Gettysburg Borough for a House Fire at Ridge Ave and Red Patch Ave. Gettysburg Police arrived first reporting a working House Fire. Gettysburg’s Engine 1-2 (1st Engine) and Arendtsville’s Tower 5 (1st Truck) crews put a good knock on the fire. This stubborn fire was worked for nearly 2 hours as hot spots continued to flare up. The fire is under investigation by the PSP Fire Marshall. Departments on the scene were Gettysburg FD, Arendtsville FC, Barlow FC, UH&L, Fairfield FC, Biglerville FC, Bendersville FC, and Penn Twp Fire/Rescue, and AREMS.
