Black Friday House Fire

Truck Company 1 members of Gettysburg Fire Department extinguish hot spots on the roof of a single family, two-story house fire late Friday night on Two Taverns Road near Bonneauville,  Pennsylvania. Chief 19 arrived to smoke pushing from the eaves and soffit of the house with fire visible on side Bravo.

Fires Don’t Take Holidays Off

FrederickFrederick County firefighters just reported for duty on Thanksgiving morning in 2010, hoping and expecting a nice quiet holiday at the firehouse, away form their families at home but with their firefighting family when Box Alarm 2-10 was struck for the house fire. Companies arrived to find a abandoned house well involved.

Our message is, Fires Don’t Take Holiday’s Off…..be careful this holiday season.

Wellsville Pa. Structure Fire

Wellsville Pennsylvania firefighters battle a house fire at 700 Alpine Road in horrible weather Wednesday morning around 02:00 hours. Many mutual aid companies assisted in the efforts. The fire went to a second alarm. Wellsville is located in the north eastern section of York County.

2nd Alarm Hanover Pa. Fire

Quint 29 from S.A.V.E.S. operated in the rear of a burning duplex  in Hanover Pa. over night leaving 12 people homeless.
